Lovi Seller Agreement
Every seller on Lovi accepts this agreement before opening a store. It exists to protect customers, protect honest sellers, and keep Lovi a premium marketplace for women-owned brands in Oman and the GCC.

Genuine, authentic products only
Every item you list must be your own genuine product. Counterfeit, replica, or fraudulent goods are strictly prohibited and result in immediate removal and permanent ban.

Your own photos
You must upload real photos that you own the rights to. Stolen images from other websites, brands, or social accounts are not allowed and will lead to product removal or account suspension.

Accurate descriptions
Product titles, materials, sizes, colors, and specifications must match reality. Misleading listings damage buyer trust and Lovi's reputation.

Ship on time
Ship every order within your stated processing time. Repeated late shipments trigger warnings and eventually suspension.

Respond within the deadline
You must accept or decline every new order within the response deadline set by the marketplace. Unresponded orders are auto-cancelled and count against your performance.

Honor your policies
Returns, exchanges, and refund policies you publish are binding. Refusing to honor them is grounds for a penalty.

Payments stay on Lovi
You may not ask customers to pay through side channels (personal bank transfers, links, cash meetups outside your published policy). All commerce must stay on the platform.

Protect customer data
Customer contact details are shared with you only to fulfill orders. Marketing, resale, or misuse of that information is prohibited.

Communicate professionally
Treat every customer with respect. Abusive language, threats, harassment, or discrimination are grounds for immediate suspension.

Lovi may act at any time
Lovi reserves the right to suspend, penalize, or permanently ban any seller who violates these terms — with or without prior warning depending on severity.
