By accessing or using Lovi you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the legal age in your country) to purchase or sell on Lovi.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

Sellers are responsible for their listings. Placing an order is an offer to buy, accepted once the seller confirms.

All prices are in Omani Rial (OMR) unless stated. Applicable VAT and shipping are shown at checkout.

Payments must be made through Lovi's approved methods. Off-platform payments are not allowed.

Delivery times and fees are set by each seller and shown at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Please review our Returns & Refund Policy before purchasing.

No counterfeit goods, fraud, harassment, or misuse of customer data. Violations lead to suspension.

The Lovi name, logo, and platform are our property. Sellers own their content and grant Lovi a license to display it.

Lovi facilitates the marketplace but is not the seller of record for third-party items. Liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on this page.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Sultanate of Oman.
