Most orders in Muscat are delivered within 1–3 business days after seller confirmation.
Delivery to All Oman Governorates
We ship to every Omani governorate — Dhofar, Musandam, Al Buraimi, Al Batinah, Al Dakhiliyah, Al Sharqiyah, Al Wusta and beyond. Typical delivery is 2–5 business days.
Shipping Fees
Each seller sets their own shipping fees per governorate/city. The exact fee is shown at checkout before payment.
Order Tracking
Once shipped, you receive a tracking number and can follow the order timeline from your account.
Shipping Delays
Delays can occur due to weather, courier capacity, or public holidays. Lovi and the seller will notify you if your order is delayed.
Lost Packages
If your package is confirmed lost by the courier, open a dispute from your order page. Lovi will coordinate a full refund or replacement.
Incorrect Addresses
Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct. Deliveries returned due to wrong addresses may incur re-shipping fees.
